We are Vertical Farming at Berkeley, a research-driven student organization with the intent of establishing vertical farming at the University of California, Berkeley, with the objective of interdisciplinary research, including both biology and engineering, in order to enhance crop yields and optimize resource efficiency.

We consist of students of all different backgrounds that all acknowledge the inherent limitations of contemporary agricultural practices and hope to develop innovative food system solutions to create a more sustainable future.
